🔞 1.1 Minimum Age

ctgbet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or use of a payment method that does not belong to the account holder. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be frozen pending investigation.

All bets placed on ctgbet are subject to acceptance by the platform. ctgbet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed using odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Bets that have already been settled will not normally be reversed; however, ctgbet reserves the right to correct settling errors.

• Sharing account access with any third party

⚖️ 6.2 Account Suspension & Termination

ctgbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ctgbet reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, ctgbet will conduct a review of the account. Legitimate balances remaining in a closed account may be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any bonus amounts, pending bets, or amounts subject to investigation. ctgbet's determination of account closure outcomes is final.

All content on the ctgbet platform — including but not limited to the ctgbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of ctgbet or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ctgbet content without prior written authorisation. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.

⚠️ 7.2 Limitation of Liability
